Got Books? Donate a Book, Help out a Non-Profit

When I was out and about today, I noticed something new in town, a Got Books book donation container. It is large and looks like one of those donation bins you see in grocery store parking lots where you can drop off clothes and other items. This one was located in the parking lot of one of our town’s elementary schools. When I got home I decided to check out what this was all about.

I found out that Got Books has a Free book pick up service that allows non-profit organizations to earn money. When the books are picked up they are brought back to their 69,000  square foot warehouse where they are cleaned and sorted by hand. They say that no books ever end up in landfills which is great!

Re-usable books are sent to their subsidiary company, Used Book Superstore where they are made available at incredibly cheap prices.

To donate your books, call us at 978-416-8288 or click here to schedule your book donation pick up today.

Got Books is available in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

Got Books book donation containers are used by non profit groups as a FREE and easy fundraising program. Each time the container is emptied, the non-profit gets a check!

I would be happy to help non-profits in CT place more Got Books containers. I work with both public and private schools, places of worship, Knights of Columbus, CT-Alive, American Legion Auxiliary, Elks, and Masonic Lodges to name a few. Always looking to help and to save the landfills from filling up with books, DVD’s and CD’s.
